1. How do I pay my storage bill?
You can access the website's Pay Online page and with your unique account number you can pay monthly or update the account to be set up for AutoPay. Should you not wish to do that, you can call our service agents at (970) 680-5668 to make payment telephonically and have them set up the AutoPay on your behalf.
2. Can I rent online?
You can access our available units on our website's Unit Prices page and reserve and pay for it online.
3. Do I need tenant storage insurance?
You will have to have tenant storage insurance which we can offer you at the time of your sign up. Alternatively, you can provide us with copy of your private insurance. No rental of units is permitted without insurance.
4. Access and Customer Service Hours?
The gate access hours for tenants is from 6am to 10pm Monday to Sunday . Our facility is remotely managed but can be reached telephonically between 9am and 6pm Monday to Sunday
5. How long does it take to move in online?
Thanks to easy to access to our website, our customers are able to spend just a couple of minutes to rent the perfect unit needed.
6. Is a deposit required when reserving a storage space?
No deposit is required but a non refundable administration fee of USD35.00 will be required at sign up for your storage unit.
7. Do I need to bring my own storage lock?
Included in the USD35.00 administration fee, is a storage disc lock for your unit.
8. When can I move in?
Once you have made your rental payment, administration fee and signed your lease, you can move in immediately
